Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation Request
Customers may request cancellation of their order within 1 working day of placing it by contacting us via email or phone.
The cancellation process will depend on the order status at the time of the request.
2. If the Order Has Not Been Shipped
If the cancellation request is received before the order has been dispatched, the order will be cancelled and the eligible refund will be processed accordingly.
For orders paid through an online payment gateway, the refund will be processed after deducting the applicable payment gateway charges.
Our online payment gateway partner levies a non-refundable transaction fee of 3% plus applicable GST on the total paid amount. the same amount will be deducted from the total paid amount at the time of refund processing.
3. If the Order Has Already Been Shipped
If the order has already been dispatched at the time of the cancellation request, our team will inform the customer accordingly. In such cases, the customer may choose to accept the delivery and initiate a return after receiving the product.
Once the returned product is received by us in appropriate condition, the refund will be processed as per the policy mentioned below.
4. Payment Gateway Charges (For Online Payments)
For orders paid via an online payment gateway, please note that our payment gateway partner levies a non-refundable transaction fee of 3% plus applicable GST on the total paid amount.
As these charges are imposed directly by the payment service provider and are not retained by us, the same amount will be deducted from the total paid amount at the time of refund processing.
